Project overview

iseulglow is a production-grade Bangladeshi e-commerce platform dedicated to 100% authentic Korean skincare. Engineered with a zero-cost cloud architecture using Next.js 14, Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Workers, dual D1 SQL databases, R2 storage, Firebase Authentication, automated Pathao Courier API integration, and a comprehensive admin management suite.

Challenge

Standard e-commerce platforms struggle with recurring infrastructure costs, slow image delivery, manual courier dispatching, and lack of granular admin control over inventory, orders, catalog taxonomies, and multi-channel customer communications.

Solution

Engineered a zero-cost architecture utilizing Next.js 14 static exports on Cloudflare Pages, backed by a Cloudflare Worker API with D1 relational database storage, an isolated D1 database for customer messaging, R2 media storage, Firebase OAuth authentication, automated Pathao Courier API order issuance, and a custom admin dashboard with bulk operations and CSV exports.

Impact

Delivered an ultra-fast, zero-cloud-cost K-Beauty e-commerce platform in Bangladesh capable of handling nationwide sales, automated courier dispatch, and complete record management with zero vendor lock-in.
